Situated on Old Chelsea Road, this state-of-the-art complex is a home to the new local branches of Polo V\u00e9lo, Bistro Olivia, and Trappe \u00e0 Fromage (Cheese Trap). Additionally, the complex features four prestigious condominiums on the second floor, offering tenants breathtaking city views.<\/p>\n<p>This project marks our second collaboration with the Gestion des Vall\u00e9es group.
