    • Are comfortable with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (experience in a BIM environment is an asset).<\/li>\n
    • Have a solid understanding of the National Building Code (NBC).<\/li>\n
    • Know the stages and levers of real estate development.<\/li>\n
    • Are bilingual (French and English)\u2014an asset, not a requirement.<\/li>\n
