Job Description<\/h2>\n

his is not a role where the architect will be expected to stamp drawings. Their contribution will be focused on analysis, optimization, coordination and supporting upstream decision-making.<\/p>\n

It is a strategic role where professional judgment, knowledge of the Quebec Construction Code, the ability to interpret regulatory constraints, and the capacity to connect design, costs and execution will bring significant value.<\/p>\n

The architect will help maximize the potential of projects, from site planning to feasibility, functionality and overall quality. Their contribution will support stronger decisions early in the process, better continuity between architectural vision and built reality, and the development of BBL\u2019s internal design expertise.<\/p>\n

  • Asset: member of the Ordre des architectes du Qu\u00e9bec or the Ontario Association of Architects<\/li>\n
