Achievements

A brand new commercial and residential complex has been established in the renowned town of Chelsea. Situated on Old Chelsea Road, this state-of-the-art complex is a home to the new local branches of Polo Vélo, Bistro Olivia, and Trappe à Fromage (Cheese Trap). Additionally, the complex features four prestigious condominiums on the second floor, offering tenants breathtaking city views.

This project marks our second collaboration with the Gestion des Vallées group. We take immense pride in having the opportunity to contribute to the economic growth and development of the city of Chelsea.
