You will support the Project Manager with the administrative and logistical tasks required to organize, track, and coordinate a construction project.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Plan and design commercial and multi-residential development projects.
  • Monitor the project schedule and follow up with subcontractors regarding material availability.
  • Open projects in internal management systems, enter budgets, and track purchase orders.
  • Follow up on technical questions related to plans and specifications (RFIs).
  • Manage the review of shop drawings and samples.
  • Organize site meetings and take minutes.
  • Track and manage deficiencies at project closeout.
  • Open files with the required authorities, prepare contract documents, and assemble closeout packages.
  • Track received bids and coordinate required adjustments with subcontractors.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Site Superintendent and all project stakeholders.
  • Review the final invoice and ensure compliance.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are bilingual (French and English); an asset, not a requirement.
