Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting the project manager with the administrative tasks required for the smooth execution of a construction project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Update the project schedule throughout the project
  • Follow up on technical questions related to plans and specifications
  • Manage the review of shop drawings and samples
  • Organize and record minutes of site meetings with subcontractors, professionals, and the client
  • Monitor and manage deficiencies at the end of the project
  • Assemble project close-out documents
  • Review subcontractor and supplier invoicing

Profile sought:
