Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assisting the project manager with the administrative tasks required for the smooth execution of a construction project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Update the project schedule throughout the project
- Follow up on technical questions related to plans and specifications
- Manage the review of shop drawings and samples
- Organize and record minutes of site meetings with subcontractors, professionals, and the client
- Monitor and manage deficiencies at the end of the project
- Assemble project close-out documents
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoicing

Profile sought:
- Curious and eager to learn
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in French is required; English is considered an asset.
