Position Overview
As an Estimator, you are responsible for the complete estimation of medium- to large-scale projects. You analyze complex tenders, develop estimation strategies, and play a key role in the profitability and competitiveness of projects. You act as a technical reference within the team and work closely with management, project managers, and external partners.

A snapshot of your main responsibilities:
- Analyze complex plans, specifications, and tender documents.
- Understand and apply various contract types (design-build, construction management, plans and specifications).
- Produce detailed estimates, including risks, alternatives, and technical scenarios.
- Optimize project value by proposing constructability and value-engineering solutions.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and close bids, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Develop estimation strategies with project managers and leadership.
- Conduct clear and professional follow-ups by phone and email with the various stakeholders.
- Act as a technical resource within the Estimation team.
You are a great fit if:
- You hold a specialized DEC or a bachelor’s degree related to construction.
- You have 6 to 10 years (or more) of experience in construction estimation.
- You have demonstrated expertise on medium- and large-scale projects.
- You are proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimation software.
- Knowledge of MS Project is an asset.
