Founded by visionary duo Sylvain Bertrand and Nadia Boucher, our company represents the pinnacle of advanced expertise and ambitious vision.
To continue Building a Better Future, three long-standing employees and new partners joined our management committee: Sabrina Boucher, Marie-Pier Lanthier, and Isabelle Massie. Bringing their extensive experience and unfaltering passion for our craft, they contribute new skills and vision that enhance our capacity for innovation and our dedication to customer service.

In Our Offices
Our team specializes in the design of turnkey projects. You entrust us with coordinating between different professionals, overseeing, preparing plans, specifications, and budgets, and all project management aspects (purchasing, subcontractors, site meetings, etc.).
Moreover, we ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and the Quebec Building Board standards, as well as the integration of our/your environmental values into our projects.
On the Construction Sites
A general superintendent with over 30 years of experience conducts strict control over the work to be done, standing out for his great ability to adhere to tight schedules.
His skills complement those of the site foremen who oversee the progress of projects on a daily basis.

Achieving Our Volunteering Goal
Last year, we set ourselves the ambitious goal of completing 2500 hours of volunteer work, and we proudly reached this target. In 2024, we are committed to renewing this pledge and once again dedicating 2500 hours to serve our community.
Involvement Initiatives
BBL Construction ne se limite pas aux chantiers de construction; nous sommes également investis dans l’amélioration de la qualité de vie à Gatineau. En 2023 nous avons mobilisé notre équipe et collaboré avec d’autres entreprises du secteur pour des initiatives significatives, telles que le nettoyage du Parc de l’Aéroport, une plongée au fond du Lac Vert pour la collecte de déchets, et la plantation de 100 arbres matures, établissant ainsi l’une des plus importantes plantations de l’histoire de la forêt Boucher.
Ongoing Commitment
The BBL Back-to-School event was a manifestation of our commitment to children. With 17 partners participating, we prepared over 250 school bags, offering a fresh start to promising young minds. Additionally, we supported vital causes such as blood and plasma collection in partnership with Hema-Quebec.

In recognition of our sustained efforts, we were proud recipients of the Philanthropic Engagement Award at the 2023 Excelor Awards Gala hosted by the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce.
